I have been in the administrative field for over 2 decade. I have a thing for multi-tasking and making sure projects are organized and up to date. I work well identifying areas of opportunity to increase a better work flow for myself and teammates. I know how to identify peoples strengths during group project and solo. I’m a very quick learner and work well under pressure and within strict deadlines. I will be able to handle all job functions efficiently and accurately. Throughout my career, I have always demonstrated a consistently high level of organization, I have a specific strategy. In my current role, I set goals for the end of every day and the end of the week. I use Google Calendar to track important dates and upcoming events so I always know the amount of time I have available. I estimate how much time is needed for specific tasks and set aside time blocks for each.
