Passionate Agile Transformation & Software Delivery Leader with 15 years of experience focusing strategic planning, program management & team leadership, I have successfully managed large IT projects and implemented cost-reduction measures leading to significant savings by implementing Scaled Agile. I am eager to contribute my knowledge of JIRA Governance, Team Facilitation, Vendor Management, Risk Management, and the planning of 40+ Program Increments to the organization's efforts to attain its Goals. As a Release Train Manager, I facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment on business objectives and priorities for upcoming Program Increments. I implement and enforce JIRA governance policies and procedures to improve team efficiency and transparency in issue tracking, project management, and software development. I also adopt and promote DevOps practices and DORA metrics to elevate software development processes and achieve process improvement. I am a SAFe5 Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe5 Certified Agilist, and SAFe5 Practitioner, and have completed professional training on, ACP-PMI, CSM Agile, ISTQB, Thunderhead, and CA LISA.
