I have over 30 years experience in Administration in various countries with multi-national companies, running day to day operations / management of the administration team and establishing best practice behaviour. I also have good problem solving and decision making skills, the ability to prioritize, great social and communication skills, ability to delegate and give direction successfully. Further, I can monitor and evaluate staff performance and schedule staff to meet operational requirements. I have recently completed my Diploma of Management and a Diploma of Business, and am committed, dedicated and passionate about what I do. My long term goal is to work in a forward looking company with solid performance and future projections where I can lead a team and grow with the company.
