I have Work Experience in SCO2 EXTRACTION, HYDRO-ETHANOLIC EXTRACTION, WATER EXTRACTION, HOLISTIC EXTRACTS, STEAM DISTILLATION PROCESS As well as Isolation of marker compound from essential oil, oleo resin, herbal extracts used in natural products industry such as Herbal Health Care, Body care, Flavors, Fragrances, Aromatherapy, Food supplements, Bio-pesticides as ingredient. Strong Technical Knowledge in process of Super critical Fluid Extraction (SCFE), Solvent Extraction, Steam Distillation, Isolation of Bio active ingredient from natural Herbs. I have been work in more than 150 natural herbs Products. More than 8 years 4 months of extensive experience in maintenance as well as Production Department. Presently working in Kay Bee Bio-organics Pvt Ltd, Phaltan Dist- Satara on the Post of Process Engineer. Proven ability to swiftly ramp up projects with competent cross-functional skills & special delivery mechanism. Experience in maintenance/ operations of a wide spectrum of equipment’s and components. Adept at handling preventive and breakdown maintenance. An effective communicator with excellent relationship & man management skills and strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. Handling complete production activities related to Natural Extracts, Nutritional & specialty chemicals with expertise in Multiple Product handling. Ø Coordinating with Business development and SCM (supply chain management) for production planning and forecast to match targets. Ø To ensure proper maintenance and implementation of quality systems, quality compliance and regulatory requirements. Ø Monitoring cost of production (COP), cost of manufacturing (COM) and productivity improvements by Optimum capacity utilization. Ø Manage the team of chemists, process engineers, Analytical, QC, QA, SCM and the manufacturing execution personnel. Ø Responsible for scale-up for new products and creating capacity by Coordinating with R&D. Ø Responsible for handling GMP at all levels and in/ with compliance with local government authorities.
