About Kanwaldeep Singh Cli

I help corporate leaders and entrepreneurs achieve their goals, using coaching. They become aware of their negative thoughts, emotions and habits, and replace them with positive beliefs and actions. This process helps them achieve their goals. I am a Certified Power Coach and Certified Group Power Coach from Coaching and Leadership International (CLI), creators of the PCMK Coaching System. I am directly trained, mentored and supported by Betska K Burr, the Guru Coach. I hold the credential of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF). I served in leadership positions in the media and the corporate sector in India for nearly three decades, including in multicultural settings. I am aware of the context and the challenges faced by corporate leaders, and thus better able to serve them. I have coached over fifty mid to senior corporate leaders and entrepreneurs so far, mainly from automotive, IT and software, marketing and communications, and tech companies. The PCMK Coaching System, with its “whole person” approach, enables me to support clients with their professional as well as life goals. Their professional goals have included leading large teams on critical projects, navigating transitions in role and organisation, career advancement and growth, communication, strategy, decision making, collaboration, trust and relationships, managing conflict and work-life balance. Their life goals relate to Purpose and Meaning, Values-based Leadership, parenting, self worth and confidence, relationships, emotional intelligence, resilience and well-being. My clients receive faster and more sustained results because I also help them explore their feelings and fears, connect with their values and access their intuition. They become aware of the stories they are telling themselves, their impact on goal achievement and the new powerful narratives they need to create. The impact of the coaching is transformative (Vs transactional). My regular yoga and meditation practice supports me and my clients. I believe human potential is infinite.
