About Kapeesh Bansal

I build products that feel intuitive, addictive, and occasionally smarter than they should be.Across three companies, I’ve shipped experiences that blend AI, creativity, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting. Insuretech: Built a no-code underwriting platform that helped insurers write policies faster and catch fraud—using proprietary AI/ML algorithms that were suspiciously good at spotting suspicious behavior. Employee Skilling: Turned boring corporate learning into a creator-powered dopamine machine. Think TikTok meets training, with virtual currency and content analytics thrown in for good measure.🧾 Microsoft – Financial Platform: Took a clunky bulk ordering system and made it so smooth, customers stopped calling it “that thing we dread.”🧠 Microsoft – Office Web: Now leading Copilot adoption by building AI-powered experiences that are fast, useful, and surprisingly delightful. If it doesn’t feel like magic, we’re not done yet. Former developer @Capgemini—fluent in code, fluent in product, and fluent in “why is this breaking now?”I prototype fast, debug faster, and occasionally name features after inside jokes.
