Presently working as Vice Principal, Implementing 21st Century education responsible for Teachers Evaluation, curriculum implementation and monitoring Academics. Worked as CBSE Observer. Had been officiciating Principal for Chanderbala Modi Academy, Gujarat during the tenure was also city coordinator and Chief Nodal Practical Supervisor for CBSE in Ankleshwar District of Gujarat. Also worked in IBDP, IGCSE Curriculum in India and abroad. Working as IB Examiner and Moderator for Economics. Worked for making School policies such as Academic Honesty Policy, Discipline Policy Internet Policy. Implemented Lesson Plan and Teachers Evaluation. PROFILE: Mr Kapil Christopher has been in education for the past 25 Years. He has taught the Indian and International curriculum in India and abroad in countries like Indonesia and China and in India in cities like Mumbai and Hyderabad. He started teaching in International Curriculum in Indonesia where he also worked as IB Coordinator for Academic Honesty, wherein he designed the school policy on Academic Honesty and also implemented it. He is also an Examiner and IA Moderator for Economics with International Bacculerate Organisation. His last assignment was at Singapore International School, Mumbai where he taught the International Baccalaureate and Cambridge Programme before joining Dayawati Modi Academy, With all the experience and Best Practices he has learnt and gathered from different Curriculum in the world, he wanted to work and serve the parents and teaching community of his own home town and that’s what brought him back to Meerut. Since June 2015 he has been working as Vice Principal with Dayawati Modi Academy, Modipuram where he has initiated the complete digitalization of the school with emphasis on Teachers teaching through laptops, keeping Student Centered pedagogy for teaching the students of 21st Century. He had been preparing teachers for the effective use of digital classroom for teaching by providing them with in House training and ever since 2015 the School’s Average Percentage has been increasing year after year. At DMA he designed the Discipline Policy, Internet Policy, Emergency Evacuation Policy and also effectively implemented it. He has also implemented Teacher Evaluation Process, Lesson Planning format and Curriculum Alignment to monitor Academic.
