With over 13 years of HR management experience, I am a Senior Manager- HRBP at Kreditstack, a leading fintech company that provides innovative lending solutions to small and medium businesses. I joined Kreditstack two months ago to lead the HR function and support the company's rapid growth and expansion. My core competencies include building HR infrastructure, designing and implementing HR policies and processes, leading organizational development, talent acquisition and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
