Working as associate system executive with Cognizant Technology Solutions since Aug 2015. Currently providing technical support for HDFC bank Disaster recovery process on client site in a team of 12 professionals. This includes continuous proactive monitoring and reporting of critical bank Databases and applications and conducting DR drills as per RBI guidelines to the banks. We engage in incident and problem management in collaboration with the respective teams to maintain zero unplanned downtime. I'm B.Tech. in electronics and communication Engineering from Kurukshetra University, Haryana. I am well versed with C programming language, Object Oriented and Networking concepts. I have an excellent aptitude and good knowledge of Windows, Linux and Android OS. I'm a quick learner and always eager to learn new things.
