Throughout my tenure of over 3 decades, I have evolved as an Accomplished Global Procurement and Operations Leader with excellence in Orchestrating successful start-ups and driving business transformation programs across Telecom, Automotive, FMCG, and Automobile sectors, Leading the transformation of the Supply Chain into a competitive advantage and advancing strategies, policies, and procedures, to deliver positive top & bottom-line results, YoY cost reduction & improved efficiencies, and bring supply chain performance to the next level, Chairing Board Level Strategic discussion as a business visionary and influencing right resolution towards corporate expansions and projects, Setting and scaling-up several businesses and functions from scratch to pinnacle success. Leading change management initiatives in areas such as total cost of ownership, sustainability, etc, driving automation & complex strategic projects, and transforming the procurement function from a tactical to a strategic contributor. In my current association with Nokia Solutions & Networks, my roles include spearheading Business Transformation Initiatives in Strategic Sourcing, including the Regionalization Program for enhanced Supply Chain Resilience. Overseeing Contract Life-Cycle Management for Global Supplier Contracts for the Mobile Networks Business Group. As a charismatic people leader, I have guided global teams through the intricacies of transnational and cross-cultural environments; and ensured the company’s talent management philosophies and practices were embedded within the leadership culture of the organization. Amongst my peers, I am regarded for my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. I am a natural motivator, driven by strong professional and personal values and an ability to influence without authority.
