I am a seasoned military professional with 25 years of diverse experience in the Indian Army, who has just transitioned to the Corporate as General Manager of HR & Admin. In the new role, my mission is to foster a culture of excellence and employee well-being while strategically aligning the organization's goals with its most valuable asset – its people. With a 25-year career in the Indian Army, I bring a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and program management skills to this role. • My background in leading Technical Operations, Administration, and Program Management has honed my ability to drive efficiency, implement process improvements, and ensure on-time delivery. Here are some of the highlights from my career: Developed 6 mockup-based simulators, 5 Virtual & Augmented Reality training simulators, and 2 AI projects. Procured multimillion-worth goods & services, ensuring seamless support for project requirements. Pioneered the development of a small arms training simulator at 70% lesser cost than usual, demonstrating cost-effective solutions. Selected as part of a 2-member core team by the Army Headquarters to assess training simulator requirements for a foreign Army, showcasing expertise in the field. Recognized as a two-time winner of the Army Commander's Commendation in 2012 and 2020 for exemplary Project/Program Management. Led my battalion to win the 'Best Logistic Unit' award for two consecutive years, in 2016 and 2017, demonstrating leadership and operational excellence.
