As the VP of Marketing at Tata Tele Business Services, I lead a team of professionals who are responsible for driving demand from B2B customers through digital marketing, content marketing, field activations, and prospect nurturing. I also lead a team responsible for building digital journeys and best-in-class customer experience. As a part of my role, I oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of the demand generation lifecycle, and customer experience lifecycle ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. I have driven sustained growth in new business additions through alternate models like Inside Sales and Digital Demand Generation. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industry, I have a proven track record of delivering results in various roles spanning product management, demand generation, and, marketing. I have successfully driven revenue, new business additions, and profitability objectives across wireless, wireline, and cloud products and services. I am an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and have further continued to improve my leadership skills through participating in the Tata Group Executive Leadership Program conducted by Michigan Ross School, and the Tata Group Strategic Leadership Program offered by Harvard Business School.
