About Kara Anderson

My previous career developed my passion for working on teams and using my creativity and problem solving skills in every aspect of my job. I reached a point in my career where I had achieved all the goals I set for myself, and developed my potential to its maximum. I began to consider how I would like to hone those skills and apply them to something new: front end engineering. I chose Turing to further my personal skills and follow my passion for problem solving and computer sciences. Learning something new was intimidating - especially something as complex and vast as software development! I am fortunate to have an amazing community behind me, a support system around me, and a deep love for problem solving. After graduation, I took on two internships to further my learning and continue building my community. I love to meet others with shared interests and am always happy to answer DMs or emails!
