Over 25 years of serving and working with people and companies to develop, improve and strengthen new and existing relationships, teams and organizations in the marine industry, with proven results. A dedicated career in the marine industry teaches me: to closely listen, effectively communicate, continually learn, constantly connect the dots, and wisely collaborate with others. This is the only way to accurately identify needs, fully understand necessary intricacies and efficiently create, present and implement workable solutions, leading to appropriately integrating and improving internal and external systems, processes and organizational structures as needed. My shipboard and shoreside marine management experience includes logistics, supply chain management and optimization, business and organizational strategy, business development and organizational growth, regulatory affairs, QHSSE compliance, contract execution and management, and other disciplines in the domestic and international markets, as applied to marine operations. Through education, work experience and by consistently and actively engaging with multiple parties throughout my tenure in management positions I have been taught the value of new perspectives, differing thought processes, creative methodologies for strategy, effective problem-solving and how to leverage these tools to best develop and/or improve the systems, functions and processes within an organization.
