Kara is an award winning designer with over 21 years of experience in the industry including a Tafe Certificate IV - Jewellery Design and Production, a Bachelor of Fine Arts Majoring in Gold & Silversmithing, a Masters of Fine Art (Gold & Silversmithing) and a GIA Certificate in Practical Diamond Grading. Her artistry is grounded in reverence for technique from another time – a passion for re-enlivening the antique craft of handmade jewellery into relevant, wearable art developed during years working alongside some of Australia's most eminent antique experts.
