Ambitious and driven with creativity and innovation driving my growth. I have a real passion to continually learn and improve and have gained a wealth of experience at my time at Aviva. Over the years my skills have developed into the communications, recruitment and learning and development areas of the business. I am skilled in the creation and facilitation of learning material, as well as gaining experience with the recruitment and on boarding processes for our new entrants. Effective communication is the key to driving an effective workforce and I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of creating and supporting internal communication strategies within the business. I have a passion to create a diverse and inclusive working environment and have been involved in our working group. Key achievements have been creating a diversity and inclusion communication strategy which has been shared on many internal channels, as well as creating and facilitating diversity sessions for all of our new entrants to the business. Creating a diverse and inclusive place to work brings a multitude of benefits and I am proud to be a part of it.
