Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). I am deeply passionate about leveraging technology to enhance business operations and drive efficiency. With a background primarily rooted in customer service, I've discovered my true calling lies in helping others. I find immense fulfillment in making a tangible difference in people's lives. In my current role, I have the privilege of directly assisting individuals, playing a pivotal role in positively impacting their lives. As a military brat, I've had the privilege of living in diverse environments, including Okinawa, Japan, where I spent nine formative years. This upbringing instilled in me core values of integrity, honesty, loyalty, and discipline. It also fostered a deep appreciation for diversity and a knack for quickly adapting to new surroundings. These experiences have honed my problem-solving skills and equipped me to thrive in fast-paced environments, where I prioritize empathy and consider alternative perspectives.
