I currently work as the Rooftop Nesting Biologist for the Tampa Bay region for Audubon Florida. In this role I have managed up to 100 historic gravel rooftops with state-threatened species of shorebirds and seabirds. This includes building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, multi-organization partnerships, data collection used to inform management decisions, and managing up to 40 volunteers across five counties that assist in rooftop breeding surveys.
