As the Manager of Energy Programs at Clean Foundation, I lead initiatives focused on implementing deep energy retrofits for homes across Nova Scotia. With a strong emphasis on project management, I work with my team and contractors across the province, to drive climate action by reducing energy usage intensity, greenhouse gas emissions, and enhancing energy savings. In addition to my role at Clean Foundation, I bring a diverse skill set honed through previous experiences in quality assurance, process improvement, and program management. I have successfully managed various projects and teams, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all operations. As a trained business analyst, I am proficient in Excel and Power BI, allowing me to analyze data trends and derive actionable insights that drive decision-making. This combination of analytical and managerial skills enables me to implement best practices and optimize processes, ultimately enhancing the impact of our energy programs.
