I’m the person you call when a process is broken, the system’s held together by duct tape, or the team needs clarity but doesn’t have time to slow down. I’ve spent my career navigating that messy overlap between people and process, building training that actually sticks, rolling out systems that people actually use, and bringing order to chaos across HR, admin, and operations. From ATS overhauls to health & safety compliance, onboarding redesigns to candidate experience improvements. If it helps teams work smarter, I’m in. I’m known for being resourceful, honest, and quietly relentless, the kind of person who learns fast, figures things out, and makes things better without the need for fanfare. I don’t wait to be told. I dive in, ask the right questions, and build solutions that last. I’m always expanding what I know, taking on new projects, learning new tools, and sharpening my skills to stay one step ahead of what the work needs next. I’m currently working toward my CPHR designation and exploring ways to support small businesses behind the scenes, helping them build structure with heart.(More on that later.) Right now, I’m focused on improving workflows, developing internal training, and helping people feel confident in the tools and systems they use every day. My long game? Strategic HR, consulting, and building work environments that actually work for the business and the humans in it.
