Kara Lee is the Founder and CEO of The Well, Inc. Based in San Diego, CA, but expanding nationwide, the The Well is the first of its kind- a nonprofit community for women offering coworking space and after school programs for kids, special events, support groups and mentoring- all with child watch. The Well is partnered with eight local nonprofits to provide scholarships to women and children in need. Prior to launching The Well, Kara served as a Creative Director of children’s programming which involved large scale productions, events, original music, content, and film. Kara is a classically trained vocalist, with a degree in music from Baylor University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is passionate about connecting women and children to their purpose and helping people heal from past trauma. Kara resides in San Diego with her husband, Logan, and her three children, Lydia, Levi, and Lukas. She loves to perform and make people laugh, and has a hidden gift of being forever seven years old inside her head and heart!
