About Kara Napper

With a background in Property Economics and nearly a decade at Deicorp, I bring a deep understanding of the end-to-end property development process — from sales strategy and contract management through to marketing delivery and settlement execution. I’ve managed sales operations and marketing across some of Sydney’s most significant mixed-use and residential developments, with a combined end value exceeding $4.8 billion. At Deicorp, I’ve worked across the full project lifecycle — collaborating with internal teams, architects, surveyors, solicitors, and channel partners to deliver seamless sales and marketing outcomes. I’m passionate about improving systems, processes, and client experiences — including project-managing the implementation of DefectBuddy, a digital defects management platform, and leading the Salesforce CRM customisation for our sales operations. I’m motivated by projects that enhance the way people live and connect, and by contributing to the continued success and reputation of one of Sydney’s leading developers.
