About Kara Pack

I love partnering with leadership to establish and improve culture and employee experience. As a dedicated HR professional striving to continuously educate and grow within the field, I have a passion for building relationships with employees and navigating the employee life cycle with them. Having started my HR career in the medical field, with skills gained from the NHL, dental and now non- profit, I have gained a plethora of knowledge. I have managed a team of employees, created HR policies and procedures, been solely responsible for a multi-state HR department supporting over 600 employees and now responsible for the US HR operations in 6 states while gaining international experience within the UK, Australia and Ireland. I have always been a people person and HR allows me to maintain those relationships in an ever changing environment. Outside of work, you can find me spending quality time with my family.
