As Customer Success Manager, I serve as a strategic partner and customer advocate to support schools’ uniform programs. I am creative, energetic and self-driven. I understand our schools’ and parents’ unique uniform needs together with the importance of being a reliable and trustworthy partner. I manage the school partner relationship for the DENNIS Yorba Linda and Mission Viejo locations. I work directly with the local school administrators as their trusted school uniform advisor and advocate. I listen and engage with DENNIS’ partner schools to identify innovative ways in which DENNIS can serve with the purpose of surpassing expectations and establishing long-term relationships. Handling day-to-day management of partner schools’ families needs, I work closely with parents and students to make certain they are satisfied with DENNIS’ service and products. As primary and local customer point of contact for DENNIS, I am committed to delivering amazing service and uniform expertise! I pursue new business opportunities by contacting school administrators and developing relationships with potential clients as well as successfully developing leads from marketing campaigns. My goal is to lead strategic conversations with administrators to understand their needs, objectives and criteria for successful uniform programs.
