About Kara Terhark

I have over 25 years of professional experience, 13 of those years in bookkeeping. I work with a variety of small businesses including employment agencies, freight brokerages, new home construction, consulting, and more. After attending the University of Minnesota, Mankato, I took a position at Chicago's USRobotics in human resources before moving forward into the marketing department. In 1997 I moved to Minneapolis and joined ESP IT as the Assistant to the President. Over time, I transitioned into managing the office. After almost 17 years at ESP, I decided to start my own small business, Simply Numbers, LLC, 3 short years later, I got involved with my current employer, Lethert, Skwira, Schultz & Co. I enjoy building professional relationships, and work hard to cultivate trust and loyalty with those who work beside me. Attention to detail and exacting organization keep me on top of every project I undertake. I understand the complex world of commerce, especially for the entrepreneur. When I'm not working, I enjoy being outdoors with my family. We love to travel, go to concerts, attend sporting events, and spend time in our community.
