Kara Terwilliger is a seasoned sports marketing professional with more than 15+ years of experience in developing and executing customized, multi-year partnerships with Fortune 500 brands. Through her career, she has generated more than $100M+ in new partnership revenue for prominent sports organizations (NASCAR, PGA TOUR) and has managed dynamic sponsorship portfolios on behalf of the leagues. She is a demonstrated leader and highly skilled at identifying, securing and managing sponsorships at the highest level in professional sports. As Head of Sales, Sponsorships and Athlete Marketing at OneTeam Partners, Kara leads the sales efforts on behalf of the NFL Players Association and MLB Players Association, in addition to six other Players Associations, allowing brands to unlock valuable player IP and activation opportunities. OneTeam Partners is an athlete-first organization, dedicated to helping athletes maximize the value of their name, image and likeness rights. Previously, Kara spent four years at NASCAR, most recently as Managing Director of National Sales. During her career, she has been passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion and creating a supportive community for women in sports. She previously served as the Chair of "Women in NASCAR", an Employee Resource Group that provides opportunities for career development, networking, and giving back through charitable events. As Chair, she spearheaded an effort to improve benefits for working mother's including the implementation of Mother's Nursing Rooms at NASCAR's Daytona Beach office for employees as well as at Daytona International Speedway. Prior to NASCAR, Kara spent 13 years at the PGA TOUR where she managed high-profile sponsorships for brands including MasterCard, Ketel One, CDW, Bridgestone Tire, Travelers Insurance, and Michelob Ultra.
