My career began in the insurance industry, where I excelled as a Sales Manager, leading a team of over 50 insurance agents. During my tenure, I consistently generated premium revenue exceeding ₹2 Lakhs per month, demonstrating my exceptional sales and leadership capabilities. In response to the evolving business landscape during the COVID-19 pandemic, I recognized the growing potential in the recruitment industry and made a strategic transition into Business Development. I joined Innovative Recruiters as a Senior Associate, where I played a pivotal role in generating leads and converting them into loyal clients, significantly contributing to the company's expansion. Driven by a desire for continuous professional growth, I embraced a new challenge at Optiwiz, where I focused on acquiring new business by connecting with potential clients and deeply understanding their needs. My approach involved providing tailored, relevant solutions that ensured client satisfaction and fostered long-term partnerships. I also oversaw business development operations, striving to achieve targets and drive substantial growth. Building on this experience, I further advanced my career at Elite Mindz Pvt Ltd, where I led a team of 5 Recruiters and 2 Business Development Executives. My efforts were directed toward generating revenue through B2B clients, solidifying my expertise in client acquisition, revenue growth, client retention, and relationship management and right now I'm part of TopD Alliance Pvt Ltd, a dynamic company with multiple facets, striving to make my mark as a valuable player in the game.
