Key Responsibility Areas Employment •• Refinery MOC, extension projects, shut down/Turn-around (T.A)/Fertilizer likes B.S-VI, PPU,ROG PSA, KHDS, BBU,DHDT, FGTU,CDU-VDU revamp, HGU revamp, offsite, Urea and Ammonia plant handled total electrical construction activities at site. • Installation, testing and commissioning of HV (33Kv, 11Kv, 6.6Kv) and LV (415V) switchgear panels likes PCC, MCC, EPMC and MLDB. • Installation, testing and commissioning of Oil filled and Dry type Transformers. • Installation and testing of earthing system like earth pit, earth strip and Lighting arrestor. • Installation and testing of HV (11Kv & 33Kv)/LV power & control cables. • Installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical heat tracing (E.H.T) system for process pipelines. • Installation, testing and commissioning of cathodic protection (C.P) system -sacrificial and impressed current anodes for underground pipelines, mounted bullet and vessel. • Installation of area lighting fixtures, welding receptacle, sockets, NLDB & ELDB lighting panels. • Installation PA (Public addressing) system and Fire alarm system, MCP, detectors, hooters indoor building and field area. • Installationof G.I and FRP cable trays substation cable cellar and plant area. • Issuances and planning of e-permit in SAP and co-ordination with operation and maintenance team. • Material inspection and Issuances through SAP module. • Preventative maintenance (PM)/Breakdown Equipment’s likes HV/LV motors, EOT’s crane & MOV’s as per maintenance schedule (SAP) with SMP. • Condition monitoring (C.M) & LLF for HV/LV motors, Transformers as per CM schedule. • Follow Permit system (Cold & Hot work) Indoor Substation and field side LOTO TO (Log out, tag out & try out) procedure. • System turn over (STO) for non-process system preparing all documents and planned joint walk throughwith PMC/Client & prepared punch points for systems. • Adapted safety standards and achieved incident and injury free workplace (IIF). • Daily tool box talk (TBT) and Pre job discussion (PJD) with team and contractor manpower before commencing job.
