About Karan Dusara

I’m a Mechanical Engineer with experience spanning testing, validation, and applied simulation, working at the interface between laboratory engineering teams and real-world product requirements. At Element Materials Technology, I support the definition and delivery of vibration, shock, seismic and climatic environment test programmes, interpreting international standards and translating customer requirements into technically robust test scopes. I collaborate closely with test engineers and laboratory teams on feasibility, equipment selection, capacity planning, and delivery, with hands-on exposure to live testing environments.Alongside this, I have a strong foundation in CFD and thermal analysis, developed through academic and applied projects focused on battery heat transfer, transient thermal behaviour, and aerothermal modelling using Siemens STAR-CCM+ and NX. My work is driven by a systems-level perspective, connecting physical testing with engineering analysis to support complex programmes from concept through execution.Areas of expertise include:• Test & Validation Engineering• Environmental & Mechanical Testing• Battery & Thermal Systems• CFD & Applied Simulation
