About Karan Raj

With over 5 years of experience in Software Development, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure, I currently lead a tech team where I’m responsible not just for delivering robust software, but also for ensuring smooth, scalable deployments in the cloud. My role blends technical leadership with hands-on work in CI/CD, infrastructure, and developer productivity.I specialize in Python-based backend development using Django and Flask, and work extensively with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch. On the DevOps side, I manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS CodeBuild, deploying containerized applications to AWS ECS. I’ve also built and maintained a custom monitoring setup using Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana to ensure system reliability and performance. In addition to infrastructure and backend work, I’ve applied AI models to streamline internal processes and enhance team productivity, bringing automation and intelligence to repetitive tasks and decision-making.As a tech lead, I’m involved in architecture decisions, code reviews, mentoring, and optimizing development workflows.
