With over 5 years of diverse experience in sales and client-facing roles, I’ve built a strong foundation in communication, people management, and result-oriented execution — across industries ranging from tech and telecom to renewable energy. I started my career at FIS Global, working on a project for Google, where I developed strong operational and support skills in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. This role sharpened my attention to detail and introduced me to high-performance corporate standards. From there, I moved to Hexacom Technologies, where I worked with Oracle solutions in a high-volume, target-based role that strengthened my outbound communication, negotiation skills, and ability to engage with diverse customer profiles. My major growth came at Vodafone Australia, where I spent several years refining my craft in telecom sales. I progressed to a Sales Manager role, leading by example and consistently exceeding KPIs. During my time there, I was honored with multiple Top Performer Awards, a reflection of both my sales performance and customer-first mindset. I also took on mentoring responsibilities, guiding junior team members on improving their closing techniques and customer interactions. Recently, I took on a new challenge with Solar 1 Nation, stepping into the renewable energy industry and selling high-ticket products like solar panel systems and ducted air conditioning. Even in this short time, I’ve successfully closed numerous deals, showing my ability to adapt and thrive in new environments. Now, I’m excited to transition into recruitment — a space where I can combine my people skills, sales background, and passion for matching the right people with the right opportunities.
