I am an extremely dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of social work experience to include supervision, case management, individual/family/group therapy, community outreach, legal services, medical and behavioral health services. My proven ability to advocate effectively for patients and staff, allows me to build long lasting relationships with medical personnel and community partners. I pride myself on modeling appropriate professional behavior, executing time management skills, and facilitating educational groups to successfully promote the program mission, goals, and services. With over 3 years of management experience, I continue to aspire to be the best leader I can be. I refocus when needed, fight hard battles behind the scenes, and I am able to implement improvements in the department and in our workflow processes on a regular basis. Change and growth are essential in every role and in every environment.
