Working at Alignment Healthcare, we provide and variety of Medicare Advantage and supplemental plans to best provide our members with efficient and adequate healthcare. I pride myself in project managing and providing accurate data for the benefit and progression of several Medicare Advantage programs such as Care Anywhere/ Home Care, Special needs programs and several different types of Case Management programs according to CMS compliance and guidelines. Performs and directly supervise quarterly, monthly and biweekly audits on ED utilization, High Risk Scheduling, 24hr Physicians and Nurse advise lines, maintains inventory of educational materials, attends Case Management presentations and participates, as appropriate.
