About Karel Nguyen

Karel finished the MSc. Integrated Product Design programme at the Delft University of Technology (DUT). During the bachelor programme of Industrial Design Engineering at the DUT, Karel evolved a strong interest for making design sketches and presentation drawings. Through an internship, followed by a 2 month employment at the design studio of Feadship (De Voogt Naval Architects), he took the opportunity to enhance his sketching skills by drawing presentation sketches of sustainable yachting solutions. Through this experience, he developed a serious interest for the luxury yachting industry and is focusing on his design competences to become a skilled yacht designer, who controls both product engineering and aesthetics. Karel is a proactive and enthusiastic designer who likes to include other people into his projects. Moreover, he is extremely eager to learn and has a positive attitude. With over 5 years experience in the Yachting Industry as an Exterior Designer, he continues growing his skills and learning from other's expertises.
