About Karem Lulo

My expertise in Architecture and Interior Design comes from both having acquired a bachelor's degree in architecture, and over 20 years of experience in this field in the US, particularly in Miami, Florida. I worked for various firms: big and small, before obtaining a professional license within DBPR. Since then, I have worked on multiple projects both as sole participant, as well as in professional collaboration with other individuals and firms. My family, at some point, started investing in real estate. I thought it was a good idea to get an MBA, which I completed at the University of Miami. I also hold licenses such as Certified General Contractor in Florida, Real Estate Agent in Florida, LEED AP: Building Design and Construction (US Green Building Council). I have also taught at various levels, such as helping individuals to prepare for State Exams, including those for licensing. During my spare time, I like being with family and friends. I enjoy training for triathlons and exercising in general. Artistic pursuits such as painting and photography are a good way for me to let go of stress on my day-to-day. Teaching yoga and volunteering within the community are things that I enjoy tremendously.
