I developed deep market insights, which I used to drive organisational efficiencies and market effectiveness programs. I have a passion for using extraordinary customer experience frameworks to shape go to market models. I have led complex projects through conceptualisation, targeted market research, analysis, financial and business plan forecasting to project approvals and implementation in the education, hospitality, chemical and agricultural sectors. I love the great outdoors; have hiked frequently including two of the continents highest peaks (Africa and Australia) and live and breathe yoga.
