I have returned to my passion of serving others through high end restaurant service. After going through major health problems and recovering 100% I have valued the ability to move quickly and efficiently with purpose and have become a valued member of the Hard Rock in Orlando. I am a nurturing person in nature and feel blessed to be able to stay active, energetic, and at the same time providing exceptional service. Team Management: I am an experienced and effective leader with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, resolve problems, and appropriately train and evaluate employees to increase productivity and increase morale. I have served in multiple community leadership roles to include Young Women Camp Director, Counselor of Young Women, Relief Society Councilor, and 1st Year Certification Leader. Experience: I have worked serving others all my life from serving at restaurants to serving customers at a local natural health care facility. I have a wide range of POS experience and am a fast learner. Customer Service: I am committed to excellence with optimal customer satisfaction. I have worked closely with physicians and staff to resolve problems. I work effectively with others in giving the best customer service our team can give. Personal Excellence: I believe in a positive attitude and encourage diversity and personal growth. I am a self starter with the ability to work independently and I have a high work ethics.
