My expertise spans auditing, policy administration, and regulatory compliance, including in-depth knowledge of WAC, RCW, and related frameworks. Career highlights include contributing to the implementation of an RMIS system to enhance reporting and data transparency, developing and delivering training programs that improved staff proficiency, and managing full-cycle hiring processes to build strong, cohesive teams. I have also coordinated Board of Directors meetings, managed new accounts with a focus on member retention, and introduced lean operational improvements that optimized workflow and service delivery. Earlier in my career, I served as a consultant and risk analyst, helping individuals navigate Department of Children, Family, and Youth Services licensing for daycares and foster care programs.
