I say it a little differently though "There are two ways to get to the top of an oak tree, you can climb the tree or sit on an acorn and wait for it to grow". It is a quote by Kemmons Wilson and I was thrilled to discover that one of my driving forces is as a result of a quote by the Founder of the Holiday Inn chain of hotels as my career had led me right to the accommodation sector. I am an innovative and driven professional with expertise within the information technology, financial services and professional services sectors with a specific passion for the accommodation sector. It is a privilege to make a difference to short term rentals, boutique hotels as well as motels and resorts by partnering with them to create digital guest welcome guides and digital concierge apps that enhance the guest experience as well as team experience while driving revenue. I have a track record of success within business development and strategic systems development as well as a global focus. I love building relationships and have a love for learning too. I believe that there is always a better way to do things and am on a continuous path to growth.
