Twenty + years of experience in sales, public relations, training staff, public speaking, consulting, relationship development and retention, managing conflict, working in tandem with other teams, and managing teams up to 40 employees. Extensive experience working in both a team environment and independently. I work effectively with all different people from differing backgrounds. I am detail-oriented, and bring a positive attitude to the workplace. I shine brightest when I can promote my employer, clients, teach and consult clients and motivate my teammates and employees. I enjoy public speaking and presenting ideas to motivate others to consider new and different ideas. My ideal work environment would include collaboration, training and educating staff and clients, and inspiring and influencing others to look at the positive side of things.
