Just contact me at GreensFitness@gmail.com I can readily get you motivated to focus on yourself - your health, your fitness goals, your POSITIVE outlook on life! Whether you are a novice exerciser, need motivation and/or discipline to exercise, need to commit to an exercise schedule/regimen, and/or want to enhance your current exercise routine, I can assist you, by working WITH you to achieve your goals. I am a certified Personal Trainer. I have a cozy, welcoming gym designed to make you feel confident about yourself and the exercises we will perform to enhance your current fitness status. As a friendly, motivating and encouraging individual, I interact exceptionally well with individuals of all ages, at all exercise levels. I have previously worked at a few fitness chains, but was discouraged by the push for meeting quotas, as well as the lack of "PERSONAL" in Personal Training at these facilities. You will feel comfortable with me, my expertise, AND my reasonable fees. Contact ME (GreensFitness@gmail.com) for a FREE consultation, so that we can get you started on what you may have been putting off for a while - the focus on YOU! You are worth a free consultation!
