With over 20 years of experience in the Irish and Northern Ireland insurance markets, I am a Business Development Director currently trading within the Irish Commercial Insurance Market. I hold a Masters of Science in Leadership and Management Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, as well as a CIP diploma and other diplomas in strategy, innovation and sales. I feel passionately that “insurance shouldn’t be a barrier for businesses and charities in Ireland”. I provide insurance solutions that enable this business, innovation, and charitable work. I work in sectors such as real estate, professional indemnity, leisure, hospitality, entertainment, not for profit, festival, events, construction, and contractors. I am also experienced in international placements and reverse flow business. I have a track record of delivering growth, retention, and customer satisfaction for clients. I am a team player, a coach, and a leader who values sustainability, high performance, and innovation. Outside of work, I am an avid animal rights activist, a dog lover, a proud Northside Dub, a gardener, and a community volunteer. I have received multiple awards and recognitions for my sports and service achievements.
