I love cultivating talent and coaching leaders so they are empowered, thoughtful and action-oriented. I enjoy making a difference and having an impact as part of transformative cultural growth. I am a creative, trusted advisor who supports senior leaders in driving vision and strategy. Outside of work I am a mom of 2 and spend my spare time gardening, hiking and SUPing.
