About Karen Jaffe

I am a seasoned research executive with over 20 years of experience in designing and conducting consumer, business, and international research studies across various domains. My mission is to provide valuable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive positive outcomes for organizations and people. As the Head of CB Research Center of Excellence at JPMorgan Chase & Co, I lead a team of skilled researchers who deliver about 25 high-quality research projects per year, measuring relationship health, customer experience, user experience, competitive benchmarking, and growth initiatives. I collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure client insights are integrated at all stages of product development. I also serve as an expert advisor across the firm, leveraging my PhD in Sociology and my extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and data analytics.
