Bringing together my background in law, technology, finance, music and film, I work with founders and start-ups as a strategic advisor and fractional COO / Chief Legal Officer. Day to day, I help these businesses to:• protect their assets and IP• grow revenue by developing a strong commercial strategy and operational framework• proactively manage risk• identify and build partnerships and collaborationsI have extensive international experience and network, having lived and worked in seven countries so far - currently based between London / Lisbon.Whether I'm working in a several thousand person company or with a solo founder, I'm drawn to working with fun, talented people to solve complex problems, and love developing skills and expanding my understanding of new areas. Creating positive impact and culture when building teams is also super important to me. In my past life:@BlackRock I was global Head of Legal, Managing Director, for the $1.3bn global Aladdin tech and Financial Markets Advisory consulting client businesses, supporting yoy double digit revenue growth, creating Sustainability and climate analytics solutions and helping these businesses scale and evolve.
