My dedication lies in delivering an exceptional human and technology experience routed in integrity, collaboration, and cohesive teamwork. My passion is building and leading high performing teams. I mentor, counsel and lead people and teams through times of ambiguity, transformation, change and disruption. I take pride in attracting and retaining top talent by fostering and modelling a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and continuous learning. I’ve served as the VP of Communications on the board of National Charity League (NCL), empowering young women and fostering social awareness through philanthropy. Currently, I serve as a committee chair for the Young Men's Service League (YMSL) Northern Colorado Chapter, where moms and teenage sons volunteer together for community service. Outside of work, I revel in Colorado's breathtaking landscapes. I cherish camping, hiking, fishing, skiing, gardening, and yoga.
