About Karen McCafferty

My background in customer service in our family contracting company and my love for house-hunting was the recipe that led me to a career in real estate. Over the years I had really grown to enjoy helping our clients with household issues. In the springtime I was always excited when friends and family were shopping for a home. I began to think about combining the two. Having become familiar with the many aspects of contracting, I have a connection to many high-quality service professionals to call on. When my clients need an expert opinion during negotiations or when they are looking for a reliable contractor/professional to hire, that is where my two worlds come together. Working with new buyers (who need to learn just about everything about homebuying) gives me an opportunity to outline the steps to a successful experience. My goal is to make the whole process as easy and enjoyable as it can be for them. When clients have property to sell, my job is to help them present their property at its best, then market it to the audience that it is best suited. For investors and more experienced shoppers, my mission is to make sure that I fully understand their needs and expectations to ensure a smooth transaction.
