Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. If we aren't linked just hit CONNECT. My primary role is as a food safety / health & safety consultant to the hospitality industry. I give advice and guidance to businesses who need help with the complexities of regulatory compliance. Many find it 'painful' and time consuming, but with the right support and help its easy to manage. An initial audit gives my clients an idea of how their business is performing as well as an action plan. Ultimately non-compliance costs money and reputation and I have the skills and background to enable you to protect both. Clients include catering butchers, event caterers, catering colleges, small hotel chains, cafes, breweries, distilleries, a pub chain and lots of start up businesses. I'm also really interested in all things property, and hoarding. I'm a landlord and want to help people in need of a home via Supported Accommodation. I'm looking to work with investors who have a similar ethos. Please get in touch if you'd like a chat. I'm keen to solve property problems, e.g. needs modernisation, in probate, a long time on the market or just quirky. I enjoy searching for property where I can solve a problem and increase the value. I have extended personal experience of the time it takes an executor to deal with a house so I'm sure I can help others who may have problems dealing with theirs. My favourite type of property has floral carpets, an orange bathroom suite and maybe a bit of asbestos containing artex! With my Environmental Health background and continuing property education I have experience in Housing H&S and HHSRS which helps. I now run a property 'match' club which aims to put investors and those seeking investment in contact with each other when they have similar criteria. There is a small 'introducer' fee.
