We focus with our staff on the skills they, as leaders, must develop to get the best out of themselves and their people. Further, we offer ongoing programs to build on manifesting greatness so that the legacy of greatness is a reality.In addition to 30 years of service as a Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, business owner and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, I am qualified to provide insight, knowledge, analysis, and expertise in the development of individuals and business leaders. I have led successful organizations using talent development techniques deemed ahead of their time. I have advocated at the local, state, and national levels and have served on various boards and gubernatorial-appointed committees. I have worked with hospitals, non-profit boards, and community leaders on various collaborations and partnerships resulting in better service delivery in the market.
