OBJECTIVE: To acquire a diversified administrative assistant position within an educational or other organzation that helps those less fortunate (or even an animal related organization). Also open to an airline or financial services related organization. Experienced administrative/secretarial professional with HR training coordinator background. Throughout my career, I have provided diversified administrative support for high levels of management for various corporations. Strengths include strong attention to detail and excellent data entry and software skills using MS Office software (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel). I enjoy working on various assignments and projects ranging from drafting and/or finalizing various correspondence, to working on Excel spreadsheets and Powerpoint presentations, as well as other miscellaneous assignments. I work well both independently and/or in a team oriented environment and work well with minimal supervision. Highly effective at prioritizing multiple assignments/projects while staying focused on detail and accuracy. Strong grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills as well. Current typing speed of 90+ wpm with high level of accuracy in text and statistical typing.
